Decode the Korean web
Korean sites don't lock you out with bad translation — they assume an identity you don't have. Find the wall you're stuck at: the why, the rule, and what to do.
What's blocking you?
No card matches that yet. This is a v0 — the Identity & access cluster only, for now.
How to use this
Find the wall you're stuck at, not the topic you want to study. Each card gives three things: why it's happening (the mechanism), the rule to carry so you recognise the next one yourself, and what to do now — including who to contact. Korean terms are left in Korean on purpose: they're what you'll actually see on screen.
A note on freshness
The why and the rule age slowly. The what-works-now bits — which SIM, which service, which step — change fast, so every card is stamped with when it was last checked and how sure we are. Confirm anything time-sensitive against the official source before you rely on it.
Guidance is for navigation — confirm with the official source or a specialist before acting.
